Cancellation Policy
1. Delivery & Pickup: Aesthetic Events will deliver and set up at the event location. Pickup will occur per scheduled appointment, after the event unless otherwise arranged. Client is responsible for ensuring the item is not moved, damaged, or tampered with. 2. Damage/Loss Policy: Client agrees to return the rental item in the same condition it was delivered. Any damage, theft, or loss will result in a fee equal to the cost of repair or replacement. Deposit will be held until item is inspected 3. Cancellation Policy: Please note that we do require a Minimum Payment up front upon checkout that is not refundable, but will be credited toward the full balance. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to the event, we will retain that Minimum Payment in a Raincheck, good for one full year toward a future event. If you cancel before the 7 days leading up to the Event, your full balance can be refunded or placed in a Raincheck, whichever you prefer. 4. Rain-Out / Weather Policy Client is responsible for having a weather backup plan if the event is scheduled outdoors. Aesthetic Events is not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to weather. If inclement weather is expected, client must notify Aesthetic Events at least 24 hours in advance to arrange an indoor setup or reschedule (subject to availability). If no backup plan is provided and the setup cannot be completed safely, the client forfeits the rental fee. If the event is postponed due to weather, we allow one reschedule within 60 days of the original date at no extra charge, depending on availability 5. Liability: Aesthetic Events is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or venue damages caused by improper handling of our equipment. 6. Agreement: By signing this agreement, the client agrees to the terms listed above and acknowledges responsibility for all rental items.
