Service Details

All Rentals are for a 24hr period. We will deliver on the event date and pick up the following day.

For Same-day pick up there’s an additional fee $20.00 

Late Night pickup (Any pick up past 9pm =$30.00 Fee

The (30min-1hr) service DURATION stated on the booking is your Delivery Window NOT your rental period

PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE FEE

Orders should have Rental Items + Delivery service

Upon receiving your booking request, our team will review the details, update the order and send a deposit invoice via email within 24–48 hours.

PLEASE ENSURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL SPAM FOLDER FOR INVOICE.

Once the deposit has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to finalize and secure your booking.
